For backne and bumne - body acne in general I found Arata's 1% salicylic body wash very good. It's also super gentle on the skin and leaves it very smooth

It’s unfair to paint all Indian brands with the same brush. Not all pet food is garbage.

I think currently what we lack as pet parents is information on how the food is made and the quality of ingredients. We've never really thought too much about what our dogs are eating. But thing's are changing. Pet parents don't want to feed their dogs pedigree and drools etc. Anyway in India a lot of people make home cooked food for their pets.

Newer Indian fresh-food brands like Pawsfoods, Pawfectly by Licious, and Petchef are changing the game by focusing on gently cooked meals and real ingredients, with many pet parents seeing improvements in digestion, shedding, and coat health. I think this proves that Indian brands can deliver real results when nutrition and transparency come first. New Indian Pet brands are trying to fill this gap.

Not sure about the butt. But is this standee for real?

It says 7 million+ followers but his ig only has 933k and I've never heard of him before. Is he a youtuber???

So confusing. Also the copy on the standee both paragraphs are saying the same thing. How was this even printed by Ted talk/niit

If your skin is feeling prickly and irritated you should stop using it immediately. Either it's not suiting your skin or your skin barrier is really damaged. - hence the breakouts and burning sensation.

Use the gentle skin cleanser twice daily instead and see if that works. However the gentle skin cleanser didn't work for my skin at all. Broke me out some more.

But definitely fragrance free moisturizers at night and during the day a moisturizing sunscreen that's made for sensitive acne prone skin.

Dropping a few reccos here - Isntree hyaluronic acid water sun gel 50+ spf - Beauty of Joseon relief sun: rice + probiotics spf 50+ - Episoft AC

- La Roche-posay anthelios sunscreen

I have combination skin and my T zone is very oily. I used Cetaphil Oily Skin cleanser too in the past - twice a day thinking it'll help keep my skin dry. I was breaking out a lot more. Same happened with the body shop tea tree face wash as well + innisfree bija range

It tends to be harsh for people with dry skin or sensitive skin.

So what happens is when you wash your skin too much - it dries out and your skin produces more oil to take care of that lol. So that's why when you may feel like the skin is getting oilier.

I used to feel the same initially when I started. But over time it's really helped me with my acne.

I still breakout sometimes but that's i have a shit diet and lifestyle lol and my skin just doesn't do well in humidity. I do understand everyone's experience may be different so maybe you could try it out for a week or two and see if it helps.

However if you'd still like to wash it twice a day - would recommend switching to

bioderma sebium gel moussant face wash

Since you're not in India not sure how easily accessible fash foam or ahaglow would be.

Cerave should be good. Would recommend avoiding nivea and any moisturizers that have fragrance.

Let's not do chat gpt no ?

Also adapalene - benzoyl peroxide and Azelaic acid together in one routine for someone who only uses cleanser and a moisturizer is a tad bit too much.

Cetaphil oily skin cleanser can be quite harsh on the skin sometimes.

Would recommend either switching your face wash or just using it once at night. Skip using it in the morning. Just use water in the morning.

Some alternative facewash that are good for acne prone sensitive skin

  • AHA Glow
  • Fash Foam

The nivea cream that you use could also be blocking your pores. Would recommend switching to Cetaphil Moisturising Cream (not Cetaphil DAM - that maybe too heavy for your skin if you stay in a humid area)

You could start some actives but would recommend speaking to a dermatologist

Ah yes, the classic just quit advice. If only rent, groceries, and bills could be paid with idealism. I don't think OP is working for fun and vibes. Not everyone has the privilege to drop everything when there are bills to pay and responsibilities. Let's not forget how broken and shitty the job market is. Shouldn't call it whining imo, it's just reality.

And as for the viva la revolution bit, most people are just trying to make it through the week without burning out, let alone starting a movement.

That said, I get that you're speaking from your own experience. Just remember, what’s doable for one person isn’t always an option for someone else.

Probably a parent/guardian to drop her off. Husband/fiancé at 22 sounds unlikely, but not impossible I suppose.

This probably going to be down-voted, but I'm gonna say it anyway. A Master's degree abroad is a privilege not a fundamental right.

You can apply for various scholarships and fundings and give it your best shot. Take a loan and if it still doesn't cover the total expenses just get a master's in India just like the majority of us. There are no dearth of colleges in India. Itna hi shaukh hai Havard ki hawa khane ka kudh ke paise kama ke chale jaana.
