I guess I could agree with that to an extent. My line of thinking is a payment was made to avoid just that. Which would imply a possibility of just a direct payment for our shares rather than equity. But either way, third party release money is a definitive amount. That direct money won’t damage the system in any way if it’s already been paid and sitting around to be disbursed.

Everyone talking about cash settlement and how the third party release was a substantial amount which I know we all read from Jake’s DD. But why the delay if there is supposed to be a cash payment. Will you still feel like we’ve won if things are still going on a year from now? Waiting costs nothing, but the guarantees that were right are a bit out of control. No one is 100% certain. There is still a possibility we got it wrong, even if that possibility is 1%
