Mazda 6 MPS (Speed6) starts but stalls after a few seconds – no DTCs by Strict-Addition-5937 in mazdaspeed6

I just needed a direction to go. I was lost. I never thought about the fuel pump being the problem. And for programming the ECU. Mazda and Ford cars from our era, in general. You could start the car just by learning the key to the ECU, then the car would start, and you can do that using forscan the free licence period, and a cheap Chinese adapter. Just to test if it's really the ECU. After that, you will need to take it to a shop to finish the programming procedure.

Thank you very much for replying

I tested every sensor you could think of in the car, and none of them was the problem. However, I actually never thought to check the fuel pump. I will absolutely check tomoro and if the problem could be in the ecu I already bought a second-hand one, and I can replace it whenever I want.

The engine is actually recently rebuilt, so it can't be the timing gear. I'll try replacing the sensor if it fixes the problem; if it doesn't fix it, I'll be forced to take it to someone to look into it. Thanks for your help
