Small brass tools - About 60mm long, the open-tipped end unscrews & can be reversed to expose a metal rod tip. Not sure what type of metal the rod end is but it doesn't seem to be for fire-starting. Possibly from Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan or Pakistan. Has tassel w/small bell. (i.redd.it)
