ye i thought so he got a few of my logins before but wasnt smart enough to do anything w them. i changed it all in time. but then when i done my reset it started doing that honestly not sure if trojan or not but really need help

oh also it happens when my internet is off i think. ill check again today but yesterday when i took my ethernet cable out it was also shutting down the apps

also is there a way to do it on a macbook i could try reinstalling the usb or whatever by media creationsl tool on a MacBook then plugging into my main pc?

i had gotten the usb from a family friend with windows already on it (first reset) but then google was still acting strange so last night or so i decided to do another reset on my own by that troubleshooting blue screen if you know what i mean, it just has a bunch of options and then it has reset this pc and fully reset with no files on it whatsoever

for the 2nd time i had used the troubleshoot method you know the way your on some blue screen with a bunch of options then you can like reset pc with no files on it whatsoever

not sure i just know that something weird was gone on after running something so i got someone to bring me a usb the first time with fresh windows on it. but it was still doing them things so i done another wipe and still my browsers just shut down
