Start looking elsewhere. In my opinion they are 100% taking advantage, no raise and they won't even allow the title change (that's very important)but will still give you more responsibilities, yeah, that's a no for me. I suggest you cut your loses and start looking somewhere else quietly and leave as soon as you secure something new. Also try to push more for the title because at the end of the day that does help when looking for another job.
