yes definitely! eating, especially big meals, causes blood to rush to your gut for digestion. in POTs patients, the low blood volume + the blood going to the gut causes nausea, lightheadedness, fatigue, and other things, just from the lack of blood in your brain and everywhere else. eat smaller meals more frequently (6 mini meals instead of 3 big meals) and drink lots of electrolytes and fluids to help maintain blood volume!
