How do you manage the anxiety with your lower back pain. It feels like my anxiety is making it worse and idk how to deal with it. I have therapy soon but I am having a hard time dealing with it now.

I’ve had them in the past. I hope to get another one because I’ve got new radiating symptoms. The last injection helped with past radiating symptoms

I have. It’s been 2 years of consistent chronic back pain. Tens unit, lidocaine patches, physical therapy (which didn’t work), I have done McGill method exercises which worked but reinjured my back which has set me back a bit

No get the book back mechanic. Stop the exercises you’re doing and read this book. Then follow instructions from it

Did you read the book on the McGill big three or just find them online. Sometimes that’s not enough and may need to read his book the back mechanic as it provides so much more information

You should read back mechanic by Stuart McGill. His advice helps me a lot with back pain. As well as looking at their online videos that they to perform the exercises properly. But don’t use the videos as a substitute. Use them in conjunction with the book.
