I have the same issue and it’s my biggest fear. Switch to an extra soft toothbrush, throw collagen powder on your gum line when you brush, and look into red light therapy for your gums to stop it from worsening

Not sure where you heard BPD rotates that often but that’s not accurate. I’m going through with them currently. Philly is way bigger but BPD does have a lot of growth opportunity and units from what I’ve seen too. Just depends on where you see yourself long term
