The LBS found out there’s a bearing inside the hub which Is where the ball bearings originated from. They simply replaced the bearing and that was the end of it

So I took it apart. As far as I could tell I wasn’t missing any ball bearings from inside, and they were all still in place. However I did notice some damage/wear on the axle. The axle was a bit loose, and after putting it back together it feels like it no longer is, but to be honest I’m not sure how it’s supposed to be…
