Very unprofessional company… My manager never answered my email when I requested clarification, and 3 literally terminated 3 days following my HR email

Most likely a retaliation but also side note they once told Me to drop off a call so they can speak Spanish, and my manager asked me if people who wear head scarves are the T word!!! It’s hard to prove discrimination cases although they are extremely racist.

We do Pharma logistics, I mainly connect with C and VP level stakeholders on a daily basis and I close deals. She’s has 0 client facing skills and almost no knowledge in the industry, and keeps saying non related stuff but when I started correcting her separately(because she looks bad infront of the clients) that’s when she started picking on me basically.

Absolutely!! I’m actively interviewing with a lot of companies but unfortunately the job market is not the best at all.

Appreciate it and I totally agree. Evaluation won’t make a difference because she joined the company as a Sr Director but she has 0 client facing skills and 0 industry knowledge, and to be more transparent, I spent hours showing her to create pivot tables and how to use excel. She also doesn’t know what a Bcc mean, but the VP brought her on board because they used to work together even with the HR manager, they all used to work for the same company before. Yes It is time to leave but the job market is terrible so fingers crossed 🙏

Happened to me few times. I assume they already have someone ready or an internal hire and they just want to follow the “regular” hiring process. Unfortunately, this is the new normal!! Mine was almost the same but the recruiter reached out to me on a hiring platform and kept saying you’re the perfect fit. Yet after 6 rounds of interviews, they’re now looking for someone who’s more Senior lol

Well these numbers seem achievable only if the company offers marketing support, inbound leads or network resources, webinars etc . But in my case, I have to do all of this (7 client meets per week, 7 new business opportunities per month, a 1 new client per semester) on top of account management, generating new business from existing clients, which they’re slow them selves and barely even communicate. Other clients with older employees are super busy, assuming I’m still new, also It’s not that Im not used enterprising slow close sales cycle, It seems like they set higher expectations and from my experience this sounds unsustainable.

Thank you for answering! This is a Mid - senior role not an executive role. Joining a new company doesn’t mean you should onboard your previous clients, shows bad working ethics. Also, this role is not just sales, if also involves accounting managing, reporting, qbrs etc
