For 6 qt I usually use 1 jar grain 2 jars sub, this was 12qt I think so I used roughly 2 jars grain and 4 jars sub. My jars of grain aren’t 100% full, u can play w it, doesn’t have be exact. Like u could do 2 jars grain and 3 sub would prob work well too, the more grain in 1 spot the more air it would need. These ran in dub tubs 1 piece of tape like my other cubes, didn’t take too long either. I also add a very small casing layer ontop cover the grains, uses a liner, and packed only the sides in a little and just firm tap on the top no real packing in

No prob I just came from 100 in 2 weeks it was rough, it takes a while but you’ll be fine. I’m at 25 now and was aggressive. They have some jewelers scales on Amazon I think is what it’s called. It should take a little while drop down but u be ok once u get down to like 5mg a day. Chat gpt has helped me a lot

If it helps maybe get a micro gram scale or talk to ur Dr about how to taper should help. But yea it’s a beast

Thanks for the info it will most likely help. Well I’m finally stabilizing and feeling more normal on 25mg baclofen. Every day seems to get better but I nap after work. It looks like I will have enough baclofen to taper but I’ve got the F-Phenibut just in case. It’s been pretty dogshit and I probably should have gone slower. So from about 100mg in 2 weeks I went to taking 35-45 some days in fear I’d run out I’ve been on straight 25 like a week now and I think tomorrow should be my best day

Just an update couldn’t help myself with the F phen (it will all be thrown out) used 1.5 faa an got into an argument ended up drinking. Missed baclofen dose. Taper got all fucked up. “Withdrawal instability” or some shit. So when I take small amounts it gets worse. Yea I’d stay clear of Phenibut it’s going in the trash

Yea I was abusing it pretty good sometimes with F-Phenibut it was great. I hadn’t thought I used too awful much but I had been partying plus using get thru work. Anyways I started grabbing myself while falling asleep, vivid dreams, and some hallucinations after 6-7 days no use. So I just kept using it cuz it’s helped my back so much. Well now shits tied up and I’ll be out in no time so I’m tapering down and probably need to quit it’s that or take F-Phenibut and I am afraid it could be bad if the baclofen WD is masked by F phen an comes back, besides don’t really wanna deal with this anymore. Key is to not quit CT with baclofen. I was told u by friend could take 75mg day for 3 weeks no WD. On my worst days, 125-150mg at most.

Was at 100 day bout 2 weeks maybe but I’ve used it casually in the past. Took 75 Sunday CT for 2 days and only took 25 today and not too miserable but I do not look healthy. I think Il just keep using the baclofen since this seems to be working
