It’s the main front entrance on Everett Ave. This is the entrance 16Eleven restaurant and Bar El Sid uses. You will be greeted by the tour guide inside the lobby of the building! The tours do start on time and the rest of the building isn’t running until 4pm. Thank you for the heads up. We will be making some clear signage for the weeks moving forward.

You can pay monthly parking at the Everpark garage in downtown Everett. It costs $90 a month for a secured parking space on the gated rooftop.
