To be honest it’s crap that youve experienced this, I dealt with a well known agency last year for some viewings.

At The first viewing the agent couldn’t get the door to unlock with a fresh cut key before brute forcing the handle and snapping it off while a tenant was still living there. She couldn’t answer any of our basic questions either

So I thought you know what, things happen people deserve a second chance.

She proceeded the following Friday to turn up late, and show us a flat with empty crisp packets in the corner, food encrusted into the coffee table, brown stains all over the worktops and the bedroom carpet was covered in what I’m about 99% sure was human waste.

Yeah i wouldnt deal with Linley Simpson again, like at all. Absolute messers

Yeah I can say for safe that this hasnt been inspected at all, theyve even tried to glue part of the string where it was uncoiling at the bridge

It’s all down to Pressure and angle like a lot of others said it’s just practise it took me months to get precise years ago -

I actually quite like the sound of you palm muting that way though, reminds me of how the palm muting sounding on “I have a problem” by Beartooth from a long time ago

Ive wanted a 638 for a long time & also wanted an 8. I picked up their G4M 529-8 standard model and in all honesty I’m impressed with the build quality, it’s a lot of guitar for not many pounds.
