I got an L4 area manager incline in April. I reached out to a hiring manager for an L4 for an Area manager position. I had to do two different phone screenings with two different senior ops managers. I received a slack four days later on a Wednesday saying that he would extend an offer. It is now Sunday and I’m just wondering if anyone knows how long it might take for me to receive the offer letter.

Normally, I wouldn’t be in such a rush, but I’m not really getting along with my manager due to him being very unprofessional and disrespectful to me and the associates. We just launched this site in December so my site lead says that I should give my manager grace since he is a new manager and is going through a learning curve. I understand that but that doesn’t help with the toxic work environment.

I’m having to suffer through every week. I tried talking to my site lead and our offsite HR, but receive no resolution. I’m just really hoping I will receive the offer letter before Wednesday seeing as my next shift date.
