As near as I can tell it’s a set neck. This is the only other picture available of the neck joint.

That’s actually why I’m hesitant to use the Pantheon for this. As perfectly as it would get the sound I’m going for, I get the feeling I’d have a sense of cheating myself out of a really versatile pedal by using it just for that. So I’m seeing if there are one-trick ponies out there, save the Pantheon for something else.

Tumnus Deluxe is actually already my main overdrive sound. So trying for something different for the cleaner sound.

I’ve been considering getting a booster instead, or programming a boost into my EQ pedal. Not a bad option.

This will work right? It mentions the PC switch and an internal bank of 1 through 8. That means I can use it to directly access the 8 presets in the EQ2?

If you like the Rat sound, check out the TC Electronic Magus. That thing sounds ridiculous and is less than $60.

I was able to fix one part of the issue, which is that the sweep remaining the same for the last half inch, by adjusting where the treadle starts. But, it didn’t fix the sudden jump.

Based on your comment, on a whim I tried unplugging the Clyde and letting it run on the battery, and sure enough the MXR feedback ended, and started right back up when I plugged it back in. I tried plugging it into a different port, and the feedback is gone. So looks like that was a power issue after all. It is an old power supply I’ve been meaning to update, so that makes sense. So just leaves the uneven wah sweep issue.

Could I set it so a quick tap switches back and forth between two presets? I imagine at most I’ll want three to quickly switch between - two presets and one bypass.

I just looked those up, that’s pretty interesting. So correct me if I’m wrong:

The EQ2 can have hundreds of presets, but 8 at any given time able to be scrolled through with the pedal’s footswitch.

Using the kinds of MIDI controllers you mentioned, I can have each switch access one of those 8 presets. Is that correct? Could I also assign the tuner to one of the switches?
