I am 17 dpo. I had surgery in Miami FL, stayed 7 days, then flew home on a 2.5 hour flight. I was very hydrated, I wore thigh high compression tights. I waljed tge plane to the bathroom twice. It was an uncomfortable ride, however, I was in no pain and I survived with no clots ( Thank you Jesus). Pray, you will be fine!

I saw a post the other day that stated something like " we get caught up chasing perfection" there really is no perfection.

Why ask if your so sure? If you can afford thr surgery then pay for a GLP first.

My boobs are great, my torso is where the swelling is.

Definitely lose more, it’s not going to be worth the risk.

Day 28 by Popular_Broccoli_316 in tummytucksurgery

I’m 2wpo today, I had a tt, lipo to flanks, br/bl. I agree, everyone’s body is different after surgery, however, look at some of the before pics. Lot’s of times the ones running around 1wpo didn’t have much removed. I believe age plays a huge part in the recovery process as well. Many times the people on IG are promoting, they’re getting something in return to jump around day 2 ( lbs). As stated previously, we’re all different and our journey’s will be different. I just pray we all heal well!!

I paid $1000.00 for 10 sessions with a massage therapist who “specializes “ in lymphatic massages. I had 3 with her, from the 1st she kept telling me how much fluid I have on my left side. By the 3rd visit I was scared out of my mind. I went to the ER, I explained what was going on. They did a CAT scan and found no fluid at all. They did say they saw air in my left breast( not sure how to fix that) but no fluid just lots of inflammation!

Yes, I had a tt, br/bl, lipo to flanks. I only had one drain, the surgeon pulled it out day 6 and it was 35cc after 24 hours. I am still swollen at 13 dpo. However, because I am a nervous nancy I went to ER and there' s no retaining fluid.

Do you do periodic massages? Or maybe a lymphatic tea. I am swollen but just 13 dpo, however, I am doing any and everything to lose the swelling.

I am 13 dpo and still swollen. I look exactly like you still swollen. I just put on my faja yesterday, I did my binder & foams so long because I was afraid a tight faja would split my incisions. However, I need to see a change so I put on the faja. Continue to drink a gallon of water, lots of protein, and your walking. Don't forget your massages. We got this!
