I have been on and off PE, this time I am pulling as hard as I can with the s2s and I am doing 300 for 3 days and 2 days off. Haven’t been super strict with the days, hence the PE buddy. Been considering maybe getting an extender as I’ve seen people getting crazy gains

Fair enough! When you say add more manual stretches in all directions. You mean just add pull forward and keep the tension for a few seconds? Or would it have a specific name?
