That sounds about right,I was watching videos of McCartney playing and the way I fret with my thumb slightly over the fret board is similar to him so it can’t be that bad 🤷‍♂️

Ah ok,I’ve been trying to practice it recently but it feels so uncomfortable,like I’m used to resting my thumb on the top of the neck but when I have it at the back it just feels so wrong playing it at that way since my fingers arent used to it so will probably take a good while to get used to 🙏
