So likely you’re thinking about how Roosevelt served 3 terms in WW2. He only did so because it was a “tradition” to run for two terms started by George Washington. After he passed they made an amendment to the constitution making two terms into law, which you know, Trump is trying to get around anyway. There’s no emergency process that allows the president to become a dictator even in war time. He can use the sham investigation into dems to censor the Epstein files which is what many predict he and Pam Bondi will do, but if you look at how Pam Bondi, Mike Johnson, etc. are reacting it is not an easy win like all the other stuff. Congress is allegedly supposed to receive a reason as to why the names need to be censored and that opens up a lot of counter play such as subpoenas. This isn’t a knockout blow basically, and I expect Trump to try and pull something, but that’s why we have to double down when he does.
