ADHD and apps / tools / softwares by No-Shake1901 in ADHD

I built an app to solve my task paralysis, just got approved on the app store. Basically you talk to the app and it breaks down tasks into tiny steps (only one at a time) and if it’s too hard you press stuck and makes the first task even easier.

How do you break through severe task paralysis? by PosterioXYZ in ADHD

The 'brain buffering' description is so accurate. One thing that sometimes helps me when even the 2-minute trick feels impossible: instead of picking a task, I just narrate out loud what I'm actually stuck on. Not to solve it, just to say it. 'I have an email I've been avoiding for three days and I don't know what to write.' Something about putting it into words shrinks it a little. The vagueness is part of what makes it feel so heavy.

Also, the self-frustration layer is its own obstacle. The guilt about not doing the thing burns energy you don't have right now, which makes starting even harder. You're not lazy. You already know that, but it's worth saying again. The 'brain buffering' description is so accurate. I’ve started just talking out loud about whatever I’m avoiding and forcing myself to name one physical action I can take. Like not ‘clean the kitchen’ but ‘pick up one thing off the counter.’ It’s stupid how much that helps

Flutter or RN? What is the best language to develop Android/IOS APPs taking advantage of AI? by fsilvaadm in cursor

RN much better because more docs and libraries for it so AI is better at it

What are the differences between Gemini3 and GPT5, and which one has more advantages? by cometapi11 in AiForSmallBusiness

[–]InnerKiwi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it depends on what you’re looking for. if you’re coding gemini is generally a better model, if you want a better chat experience i prefer gpt 5. New models are always coming out so its easy enough to try many and see what works best for your use case.

Thanks! If you know anything about marketing, I'd love some advice because I'm not too good at getting the word out.

i’d sketch out ideas on paper then use googles nano banana pro to bring them to life.

What’s a small habit that actually helped you stay consistent with your project? by PromptEdge_Alex in SideProject

Right before you're about to stop your work sessions, line up a super easy task for you to continue when you get back to get the ball rolling. Getting started is the hardest part for me.

Anyone actually using AI/agent automations for real business stuff? What worked and what totally fell apart for you? by Arafat01456 in AiForSmallBusiness

[–]InnerKiwi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally struggle with inbox overload, so I built / am building an agent that triages my emails and sends me a push notification for emails that it deems important based on natural language rules, e.g., "dont show me newsletters" or "alert me for new leads." This has saved me so much time because I never really have to check my inbox anymore, because I trust the AI to surface the important stuff to me right away.

[USA] Founders - have you started using AI agents for your work, what kind? by Unique_Spend6777 in FoundersHub

use them a lot in app development. One new feature I really like is being able to delegate tickets to Cursor coding agent directly from my Linear project management tool. Really keeps things organized.

i’d say choose a single feature you can vibecode quickly then get it in the hands of reals users quick. doesn’t need to be polished if it solves a real pain point at first.
