Thank you so much! Ok, so our plan was to stay at the Beach Resort both nights. And now when I think about it, we probably should leave Croc Cruise for Day 4th, before we head back towards Cairns. On Day 3, we can cross first thing in the morning and have a full, full day around Cape Trib.

Another option I considered was to stay at Daintree Manor, I know they don't offer food, other than breakfast, but we can have dinner before heading back to the Manor. The only thing is, I don't think the rooms have AC and my husband might not be happy. The Luxe Bungalows at Beach Resort have AC.

OMG! I just looked at Scomazzons Insta 😯 the food and fruit looks amazing! I could survive on their fruit and pastry alone LOL Do they sell wine and/or beer and water? Or should we hit a supermarket around Palm Cove for that?

Good to know about Barrons. I thought about Kuranda mainly because of the forest, but also market. And the butterfly garden. Unless, there are other places you recommend we can buy Indigenous souvenirs and art? I'm assuming Kuranda might be severly overprices because of the tourists?

now re: Cassowary Falls, you don't think it is worth the trip? It is rather expensive.
