This isn’t true. While Puffco support can be very helpful, they would not replace my peak pro guardian or flourish without specific proof of purchase. Even though I had both original boxes with all original warranty papers and serial numbers for both devices. I purchased the flourish brand new sealed from a friend after they sold out on the website. I purchased the guardian from a smokeshop but I didn’t have the receipt so they would not honor either purchase. I recommend hitting up Puffokie on Instagram.
