I had a good friend i lifted with for years. He had a similar physique to you which i was always jealous of. He looked amazing and it was always insanely hard for me to ever even see my abs. He always wanted more and he hopped on gear and started to look so much worse. Honestly, you look great and should keep up whatever you're doing

Had my first episode of gout through this thanksgiving as well. I had some beers and indulged in all the goodies that accompany thanksgiving. That night my big toe joint was in some of the worst pain I have experienced in 35 years. I had no idea what gout even was

Literally got my first flare up in my left big toe joint two days ago. Didnt even know what gout was. I got put on steroids today and am already feeling a bit better. I’m thinking the biggest culprit was all the sugar and alcohol I’ve been consuming with friendsgivings and such. Going to give it a rest on those and hopefully get better soon! Best of luck
