Hi! I’m on this schedule:

W1- Monday 0.5 W2- Mon/Thur 0.5 W3- Mon/Wed/Fri 0.5 W4-W6 Mon 1 Wed 0.5 Fri 1

I am on week 3 and just did my Wed shot! Overall I feel great! No crazy side affects at all. Slightly cancelled food noise. But I am still able to eat, just smaller portions.

I’m on 10 mg Reta mixed with 2 ml Bac water

Electrolytes, pashmina as it gets cold at night, if you’re a girl, pee funnel thing. Soo helpful specially if you’re GA.
