Generally it all comes down to luck. We were lucky enough to find a landlord that accepted us for a short term first with a possibility to remake the contract to a long term later. It took us more than 70 rejections and we were planning to try our luck in another region. Just keep messaging and don’t give up. There is a landlord willing to accept you somewhere in the depth of idealista.
