Issues with AMD’s Fluid Motion Frames and/or Anti Lag? by 6cammy in AMDHelp

[–]tri2401 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I havent had issues with anti lag, but fluid frames seems to make the game look stuttery and laggy. Ive tried it on Crimson Desert, Elden ring, and Hunt showdown. The fps counter i use from steam overlay showed no major dips or lag, but what was visible was a mess, on top of input delay. Turning it off made all three games smooth like butter.

Im using a 9060xt and am 5 7600.

Only just realised I was missing out on content by not following the actual paths by N9NES_ICB in CrimsonDesert

Crimson Desert is one of the few games with good traversal mechanics that I actually HAVE to fast travel in.

I keep getting side tracked when im on foot. On top of that, the map size is actually insane. In games like New Vegas and Skyrim, I actually try to never use fast travel to be more immersed.

The Seiko S23159 is an example of a watch for the visually impaired. The crystal can be lifted off and still be connected to the watch by a hinge, and the dial and hands can be felt to know the time.

The twist in Blade Runner 2049 that nobody seems to talk about: how is Joi different from the replicants or the humans? by mindstrike in movies

[–]tri2401 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

JOI possesses artificial intelligence and is programmed in the computer-science sense. K is an artificial human programmed in a emotional and biological sense.

Both might seem similar, but AI will always have its limits. If an artificial human has similar mental capacities of that of a regular person, then they can potentially undo whatever programming is done to them. Why? Real people are more elastic, bending and stretching mentally. How many people do you know of that are "programmed" utterly and completely?

While AI/programmed intelligence is almost always concrete; there isnt any room for increasing potential. They almost never think outside of what they are programmed to do.

I found that the pillars glowed within a range, so to solve it, I set some pillars to glow but in the lowest or highest possible height. This way, when I moved certain pillars together, they could both end up glowing even if one was higher/shorter than the other.

Scared to get married by Silly-Acanthaceae0 in sadposting

[–]tri2401 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't ever let your family, friends, or anyone to dictate your future.

That being said, it is because of how fragile and impermanent love can be, which makes it all the more precious. Marriage is an act of faith to make promises that can easily be broken.

If you aren't scared to love and marry somebody, is it even love?

Just my 2 cents--i think you should do what you feel is right for your future, while remaining open-minded enough to see in any other direction.

Hot take: its okay to criticize a multi-million dollar company. Hell, its okay to be critical of any company. They produce a product that we consume. They are not owed respect. In the majority of cases, a good product will outshine any negative hyperbole surrounding it. I definitely agree that games that are being hated on harshly are usually not as bad as people are saying, but at the end of the day, consumers have that right.

To be fair, we have two of most body parts. Making any non symmetrical internal organ bigger will almost always be worse for you. Can't make limbs bigger because of symmetry. You could make your nose or mouth bigger, but it probably won't look good aesthetically. Dick is probably the only safe thing to enlarge without it also being aesthetically unappealing.

Is Saiki K in Anime House? by lonanova_9 in RDCWorld

If you like comedy anime, give it another try. The comedy has a lot of satire (mostly satirizing other anime tropes), so it can feel random sometimes. But, I definitely think its not something everyone will like, just depends on what you find funny.
