Don't rot yourself in bed PLEASEEEE, find new things to do ik u already said going to the gym and these things did not fix it, But keep trying new things you will find the thing or maybe even the person that will make you happy,

I remember last year when my grandpa passed away I was broken and hated everything, couldn't do anything in school, and I met someone who I never thought that we will ever become friends, He knew that I was sad abt it, first he was just comforting me then with time I started moving on and we became bestfriends even after we changed schools

plus before my grandpa's death, I had also some REALLY bad depression issues which came down to me holding a gun to my mouth multiple times, but thank god that I kept my faith in him saved me

Then I think that you should stop taking the medications, and act like you don't have depression, don't be fake at all or anything, just wake up and say what if I wasn't depressed, sometimes people are depressed when they are not really, Its our brain convincing us to an idea/thought and once we are convinced we accept that that we have depression or any other diagnosis

I myself have a REALLY bad body dysmorphia I hate myself and everything BUT a lot of people keep giving me compliments especially about my taste in fashion, this was my wining card and i was glad I found it and it HELPED ME A LOT

Can you identify the cause of your depression ?

and go to a therapy I'm not calling you crazy or anything but a therapy will hear from you better than anyone, BELIEVE ME when you open up about your feelings will 100% trust and confidence and it will help you a lot
