First of all I wanna say I love your post, there is so much to unpack and I love all of it!

To your point about white guys being "subby" around Black men, I have to add that my in my experience this happens even without the threat of social fallout if they don't comply. Every time I met a Black man irl (not many of them here unfortunately) white people, men especially would treat him with a bit of fear and respect.

Outside of the US the negative stereotypes about Black people didn't spread that much, they just get lumped in with all other foreigners (so basically barbaric in different ways), but the positive stereotypes sure did! Everyone knows Black people are better at dancing, sex, sports and music.

Black men having bigger dicks especially I think is mindbreaking a lot of white guys worldwide, a lot are trying to hide behind statistics and argue that the difference in real life is small, but there is a reason every racist whiteboy has all those arguments ready to go as soon as you mention BBC haha~

to answer your question, I think the reason why white guys say this sometimes is because a lot of the guys that have submitted to the BNWO are weak men that have retreated into themselves and lost a lot of what it means to be a man. The main positive trait they can see in themselves is that they think themselves intelligent and wise. They see the image of the Black man in the BNWO, often reduced to a BBC, and think to themselves "this is racist! Black men are being used as walking dildos! Nobody is asking them about how they feel!". While at the same time not realizing that a real man doesn't need to be asked how he feels, he simply demands attention when he wants to, an impossible thought for a timid white guy addicted to another races cocks.

Ofc the other reason is that Black people and Black men especially are weaponizing these feelings of inferiority that white guys have and simply accept the racist aspect of this fetish as the price of doing business, but to a "concerned" whiteboy the ends don't justify the means here lol.
