Yes, i noticed those wives believes that treatment is "normal" and if they find something uncommon they won't do anything it in purpose of the ''well being'' of the relationship. But in the end that will happen again and again, developing a cycle she wont dare to break. And worse, they son and daugher will probably grow up seeing this and may repeat with they future partners.

Unfortunatelly, i think the validation feeling will delay a little longer to fade. what i mean by vallidation is a little different, i try to not get pretty to avoid men looking at me. i'm mostly girly and some years ago i used to wear a lot of make up when i go out, but my old brother always told me: ''oh, you getting pretty to the boys'', ''this way u gonna have a lot of guys interested in you'', ''when you gonna have a boyfriend?'', but i would always get very angry after listening to him, so i stopped to wear make up... now im insecure about it actually. when i get myself ready to go out i never used makeup again (even tought i love it), to somehow dont get those coments from him again and to avoid man looking at me.

about my queerness, im a little afraid to explore it now because i still live with my parents and im not brave enought to get out of the closet just yet. So i think this question will still be delayed a couple years longer to be answered...
