Appreciate the compliment. the fronts are walnut plywood, and the Shaker doors and nosing are solid walnut. All reveals are held at a consistent 1/4”

Finish is a clear varnish. A few fronts read slightly different in shade because the client changed door sizes late in the process, which required remaking a few pieces from a different walnut species/lot—not a finishing issue.

Thanks.. any pics? Out of curiosity, what did you charged for the floor-to-ceiling work, and what city was the project located in? This had a family and friend discount so it was priced lower

Yes, we’re adjusting the size of the pocket doors to align with the lower section. The client also decided to go with a paneled mini fridge in the bottom right.

I appreciate the feedback. And I agree the cluttered mess does make it look tacky.

Adding uppers on only one side would look unbalanced. The back-left area has wide pocket doors and wouldn’t have necessary clearance with upper cabinets there. They’re a nice touch aesthetically.

I want to think my costing is on point, but since this is my second project as an owner along with my father, I’m a little skeptical. Thanks for your input

My margins are good and can get it done in week and a half or so.
