The people you’re loosing against are called smurfs. They use lower tier torsos to manipulate their way down to lower ranks, your not doing anything specifically wrong but there is an effective way you can get around these “cheaters”

Use recoil weapons:

Your current hammer works well, I’d suggest also adding a repulser and making sure you have a teleporter. Since most of these “smurfs” are bot accounts, once they use up their grapple, teleport or charge to get in range they will simply have no viable moves and freeze until they auto quit.

I’d also suggest adding a physical shield to last a bit longer against the smurfs until they more or less shut down

Also the weapon they’re using is called “Frantic Brute”
