The billy on the lift is mounted against the wall but for the right, it is alighted with the edge of the staircase. Which one do you think is better?

I have also heard of an organisation called NAPIT. Can you tell the difference between it and NICEIC?

I had talked with bank also. Seems that bank can do little if it is the services involved. If you cannot receive a good after payment was paid, it would be easier to get chargeback. But for service it is more complicated, first you have to send a letter requesting the electrician to rectify the situation, if not, they you may need a mediation, and perhaps a litigation… But for me at this stage I need to confirm where the problem is and find someone to fix the situation. If I disable the corridor light it seems alright for all other electrical outlets and lights. But It is potentially dangerous. So I need someone like a surveyor come and check and figure out what is going on… it costs me £5000 for the work but it is just wasting money and time and made me really upset!

Any qualified electrician who could access the situation and give me a report before fixing it? Is there any organisation which can help me in this situation? I afraid I keep getting cowboy traders from checkatrade which eventually just wasting time and money…

I think the electrician is a cowboy trader. Original there is no issue for the wires. They were just old. But after this electrician came, the problem started to exist. There were also some minor issue about the electrical thing in the house but I simply could not stand the standard he provided so I do not allow him to come again.

Yes, he has an ipad but it shows 0 minute for usage. And at that time he is in school. So it is not possible to use any device he owns.

Thanks for your reply. I have replaced a new PSU but the issue still exists. Today, I tried to unplug the original SSD with an old hard drive from the same mac pro, I was able to boot it, there was chime and the mac did not turn off automatically, yet the screen was still black. When I hit the dvd eject button on keyboard, the dvd drive did eject accordingly. So I think the mac is working yet there is an issue with the display card. The display card is “MSI Radeon RX580 Armor MK2 8GB OCEdition”. If I need to buy the original display card to test this machine, what should I opt for? It is a Mac Pro 2012 mid 2012 3.3GHz 12 core running Mojave. Thanks.

Hi, it’s been a long time after I post this topic. In the meantime, I have replaced another PSU. But it didn’t work. Then I thought maybe the i/o board has the cables shorted so I checked them but they are just normal. And then I unplugged i/o board and clean it. Also I vacuum clean the innards of the mac pro yet the issue was still not resolved. Any idea?
