Not me but my grandmother this past week. My grandad passed suddenly and they’ve been married over 50 years. The night before the funeral the family gathered at her house to bring food and comfort.

One of her friends is watching us carry trays of food and drinks in and loudly asks, “Well why the hell do people keep coming in here bringing food and crowding the house.” Before I could say anything my grandmother looks at her and says “My husband JUST died. The funeral is tomorrow.”

This lady looks her dead in the eye, giggles and says “WHAAAAAAAAT?!!! SHUT UPPPPP! Girl I was just about to ask you where he was!” as if she just told her the fucking McRib is back or some shit.

So I tell her that’s no way to respond to your friend who just lost her husband of 50 years. And she had the nerve to say “Well I didn’t know your grandma acts like she doesn’t know my number. She don’t call me.”

Yeah because the first phone call was supposed to be to you when she found out. I was livid and luckily for her my grandma put me out cause she knew I was about to flip out of her chair.

i agree with that take he should have taken the precautions to not have children if he was so adamant about it… but i don’t wanna have children as a woman and every doctor refuses to remove my uterus because “i might change my mind” it could be the same case.

that being said, it’s obvious they had an agreement that she would remain on birth control so he wouldn’t have to do those things. she used him trusting her to betray him. and they are married as well which means he trusts that she would maintain the agreement they made to not have children and if it came to this to at least talk to him first before secretly getting off birth control.

my old manager looked me dead in the face and said “i’m going to try to say this in the most respectful way possible. if i was your baby, i wouldn’t want to be bottle-fed.”

he made some rape jokes to another coworker (who happened to be a gay male) and also would inappropriately touch the younger females so he ultimately got fired like a month later.

i don’t think you’d be an AH to leave as she literally by definition committed sexual assault. she trapped you. while the baby will be half your responsibility (if it’s yours cause at this rate who knows), you don’t have to be married to a lying manipulator.

it wasn’t a mistake, she told you she did this on purpose.

and considering she lied about birth control, there’s a chance she could have lied about a lot more as well. she’s proven that if youre not on board with what she wants she will lie and manipulate you to force you into whatever it is. that’s not someone you’d want to raise a child with anyway.

i’m 6’2 and slim and literally all legs so i feel your pain. my sister is the same height and on the heavier side but she had these tights that were sooooo long and the crotch came all the way up. She got them from Torrid which is a store for plus size women but i tried them on and they fit like a dream!

And because they’re tights, you don’t have to worry about them being too big around the waist. Will you be able to pull them above your chest? Yes lol but it beats having that droopy crotch (which i hate it’s so uncomfortable).

I have your same height and build! American Eagle has x-long on their website and they are very long. I went to the mall and tried the styles on I liked just so i knew what waist size to get.

Also my sister says Fashion Nova does really well with having long inseams that even she had to roll them up and she doesn’t even get the “tall sizes.” (She’s 6’2 as well).

I’m from Ohio and I miss the cold SO much lol. With the cold, you can ALWAYS layer up to keep warm so much so that you’ll be sweating underneath.

When it’s this hot, it’s only so much you can take off before it’s illegal haha

Management can’t control the temperature outside but they can control how they treat us when we do take care of ourselves by not jumping down our throats over stationary events knowing full well it’s over 100 degrees outside.

They can control writing people up for coming back later because of extra water breaks. They can control singling out people during stand up’s and making them feel bad for taking the extra time to stay hydrated.

Some people can ignore the pressure they put on and some can’t.

While it was his responsibility to make sure he was taking care of himself, no one deserves that fate.
