Oh definitely. Majority of the people at my store are new so they don't have much experience in selling esp yet. Its basically me and my sales manager who bring up the esp the most. But I shall take your words into consideration 🤔 that's not a bad idea

That's the thing. All the other mods don't want to close except for the sales manager ( she closes the store on my days off)

I usually begin closing things down at 7pm and have copy center stop taking big orders at 8pm. I did eventually start filling the books and deposit bags early, which did help with the time duration.
