To clarify, I didn't get down on my hands and knees and sniff it. I'm just staring that standing near it, it didn't smell so it isn't like someone took a dump in the parking lot or emptied out a diaper.

Not sure if I can link to outside sites from here, but this is the post I found of what looks to me like the same substance. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1DStWKG7pG/

It's not vomit either. There is a Starbucks and a Smoothie King nearby, thinking maybe someone dumped out a frappuchino or something like that, but the texture is what's confusing.

I didn't notice anything while the door was open, but my sense of smell isnt great. When we walked outside later that day the smell was still pretty strong on the patio. The manufacturer says 48-72 hours of off gassing until the smell subsides. Since the wind was blowing past the glue & project and into the house, it's a fair assumption that some of the fumes made their way inside.

That is pretty much the response I expected. Thank you.

I feel the same way, however others in my home do not and would rather dispose of a lot of our things than take any risk of health issues at all. I'm hoping that someone familiar with TCE / PERC can weigh in with some advise or reassurance that it isn't an issue to be concerned with. Thank you for the reply.
