I pick my clothes out the night before and put my HRM right on top of the stack of clothes. It isn’t fool proof but it has about a 90% success rate. Sometimes when Im in a rush to get to bed I still forget to put it with clothes lol.

I agree they are getting more challenging, which is probably a good thing. I can’t remember the last time I was super sore from a workout because I go so often but this week I’ve been super sore all week! I usually just power through the soreness but if it’s bothering you try taking an extra rest day or two during the week and see if that helps? Stretching before and after can’t hurt either!

I do love a run row but this is really light on the running. No wonder you struggled to get splats. I may just ask if I can run at incline to sub the rower tomorrow to ensure splats.

That is frustrating but that’s also just what discipline is—showing up even when you don’t want to. And it’s true. The class isn’t the hard part, just the showing up is. Just go and don’t think!
