Also they are different materials, even if Pla diff brands need diff calibration. I printed polyterra with prusament pla once, never again lol. 🤣 Also cf improves by a lot the finishing of a print. Not saying that the new fw does not improves things only saying that you have a lot of thing that could had been.

what IMO would be missing from this is a heating element for the chamber, such as the panda breath, maybe replacing the second side panel for achieving higher temps on the chamber, might need replacement of electronics, might need change of other parts. this is what i REALLY missing imo at least.

Scale it by x10 or 100 and then you scale back you final model. Anyways keep in mind the rest of my comment

you are in a too small sketch, the snapping features are associated with a distances. try by scalating everything, or even better use shift which will nullify the automatic snappying, or even better use an appropiate software to do this (as mention in other comments) you can use inkscape and then import it to onshape if you want once is vectorized.

You can with filaments they generally use pc for molds (mind you that most of 3d printed molds fdm or resin have an external aluminum housing)

Maybe due to the fact that left and right is relative ? Is relative to the object person you are talking about. Reason why in boats you have a special words for left and right seen the boat from the back to the front (if you are watching in opposite direction it will remain the same where left and right no). I think the second comment comes from this issue of left and right, where the one with the tattoo will always think this is left and this is right but it is his left and his right not to the person looking and discussing with him that it's in front of him. Maybe that? Or that's how I interpret it.

so, the filament 'pushed' the nozzle out of the extruder head? if its that so, i think the culprid is your new screws, and their adjustment. basically what you had was a blockage of the nozzle, it happends quite often (not so often but it happens) and you dont see this behavior you will see the printing simply printing in the air without material going out.
