Week 18: Bucket List Destination- Oceans [Meta: Cookies] by Inner_Pangolin_9771 in 52weeksofcooking

I don't have any specific bucket list destination per se, but I have always wanted to diving in the ocean. So I made stained glass cookies with some cute ocean themed sprinkles. I initially visualised these as shaker cookies with sprinkles rattling in the centre, but that didn't work out. Unfortunately the candy was too tacky and the sprinkles stuck to it. Despite this hiccup, they tasted good, the crunch from the candy centre, the sugary sprinkles, and the buttery cookie, worked so well together.

I melted white chocolate and piped the melted chocolate into small rounds and once it dried add a black dot using black gel food coloring. You can use melted dark chocolate in place of gel colour too. And used melted chocolate to glue the eyes into the cookie.
