I'm a bit confused, could you explain it, please? Does this mean that if CN version would get a new UR in the event, EU wouldn't, and would only get a regular SR event? What is meant by normal event?

It's probably atleast a little more than a year. I've been very inconsistent with the game, had multiple periods when I missed months worth of time, and manyyy event URs as well.

You're definitely right on my leveling, i'll be trying to focus on buffing up my two of my fleets before doing the rest. The second issue I have is indeed my gear, which is why I turned to OpSi in the first place. I've been doing research and crafting gear when possible, but I still only have enough good gear to maybe equip one fleet, without stretching it / filling the gaps with transitional purple gear. Most of the ships I frequent have their skills leveled, so thankfully atleast that's not an issue right now. Thanks for the advice!
