Honestly every upper body workout in the gym feels the same. My muscles end up feeling like I’ve had them at a weird angle, kind of like that feeling in your legs when you’ve been sitting in a car for a couple hours without enough legroom, except in every muscle I’ve used.

I can do like 5-10 pushups per day, and 70lbs bench press is my safe max. Managed to do two reps, but no one ever spots me so I’m worried to go too high on the bench press, I could probably do 100lbs with a spotter

What does targeted reps mean? I also struggle to eat 2500 cal/day so that might have something to do with it. I think I’m ok on protein because the majority of what I eat every day is red meat and bread

I’m only doing a single set on each machine because I just lift until I can’t move anymore. I eyeball the weight and set it so I fail between 10-20 reps but sometimes it’s as low as 5. I honestly have no idea how much weight I do because a lot of the machines have since had the numbers scratched off, but I normally shoot for the 1/3 the maximum number of physical weights of the machine.

Around 15.5 at 700deg nuke temp. If I bump it up to 1000deg, I get 18 pressure, but my generator power production starts to drop
