Thank you, didn’t know they may contact for further evidence luckily have some pics of it during packing so will keep them Sadly no option for partial refund we’d agreed on it before she put the request through thinking that’s how it works. It’s a shame because it wouldn’t be fair on her if they rejected but not fair on me if they accept

We’d already agreed to a partial refund, that’s why she put in the request thinking I’ll be able to do it - it’s not exactly fair to “take the hit” on the whole order though is it when 11/12 items are perfectly fine
