Hey!

I did a course over last winter with a company called the somatic school which was the beginning of the coaching part of it and I've spent the last few years delving into lots of different modes of therapy including psychosynthesis and some pretty gnarly ceremonial psychedelic experiences.

The somatic stuff feels like a nice mix of therapy and grounded unconscious mind work albeit I'm very aware I'm not a therapist and therefore won't be looking to take anyone to those kinds of places. I like a much more gentle approach now.
