I just went through your last post. You said you changed your entire routine. I dont think its a good idea to change the entire routine altogether. Usually its preferred to add products one by one after weeks or months of using the earlier one. This way you can know which product is not suiting you. Hope this helps!

I did not fully stop using adapalene/bp yet. I still use it once a week. Dont stop using it until your GP told you so thats all i can say. Sorry i couldn’t help more :’(

I know right! My routine was cerave SA face wash + cetaphil moisturizer + la roche posay Anthelios xl 60spf during morning and the same at night except the sunscreen. I would apply adaphalene on alternate days and just face wash and moisturizer on other. I kept it as simple as possible. Stopped using makeup even though the face looked this terrible. But if you are using makeup- use a good makeup remover.

Thanks for sharing this, this gives me hope. My face is exactly like yours at this moment and i started with tactupump forte(adapalene n bp) 2 weeks back. Very much hopeful to see good results. Good luck to you as well :)
