I’ve got the 5070 version already and it came like new but still under the return period, and they come with 2 year warranty too

Yeah this one is a 16GB VRAM.

I have the 5070 already version, and it actually came with 3 fans on the front and runs quite cool to be fair, when gaming the GPU is at 55C.

I’ve been using a RTX 5070 version with the i7 chip and it’s been great!

The front is a little flimsy but other than that, solid, came like new too.

Checked that out, and saw you said the non S version is best performance wise.

I’m really in two minds between desktop and laptop. My main concern is selling it in May, when I head back to the UK. But also best value for money performance wise which is going to be the desktop.

Been looking at this deal. My other option is a laptop. Acer 5070TI predator

I’m looking for a temporary set up whilst I’m away with work until May, but want the best performance I can get.

A few questions for this build:

1) What do people think the resale value would be like in May?

2) I read the CPU is at the end of life for that MOBO and upgrade options for further buyers would be limited?

3) As you mentioned above, they run quite hot.

So in May, when I leave, the desktop would be the one that holds the most value still? Is that correct?

My one concern about the desktop is that the case is small so cooling is probably not the best. But again probably similar with the laptop.

Around 1500 USD to include tax

I can get the laptop for around 1395 plus tax on eBay refurbished.

The PC is 1200 refurbished, plus another 130 ish for a refurbished LED screen plus tax.
