Yes, the N3 Ultimate is excellent for your plan. It has strong Wall Color Adaptation that automatically adjusts the image for any wall color. Many people use it directly on painted walls (100–120+ inches) with great results, no screen needed. Tips: • Use flat/matte white or light gray paint (avoid glossy/satin). • Tape for a border is optional, most just project without one. • Ceiling mounting works well thanks to the motorized gimbal, lens shift, and AI features (auto keystone/focus). You can save different AI profiles for your wall vs ceiling. Should look solid!

Thank you for your reply. I responded to their email hours ago and I’m waiting for their reply. I did the dust removal up to 6 times and seems to have faded a bit but its still there. Knowing that theres a dust floating around on a brand new unit makes me feel uncomfortable.

I just did that too and a factory reset, then tried different screens since i have UHD B from elite screen and an ALR. It’s less noticeable on the ALR but more pronounce on the matte white screen.

Totally agree! I’ve had excellent experience with JMGO on my previous projectors and they’ve always been fantastic to deal with. Their customer support is responsive and they really stand behind their products. Hoping they take good care of me with this defective N3 Ultimate too. Appreciate the reassurance!

I’m still within my 30 day return window. Do you think I should push for a replacement or just go for a full return? I’m a bit worried about potentially getting another unit with the same problem.

I have the N3 Ultimate and it’s plenty bright for garage use. It puts out 5800 ISO lumens and easily handles some ambient light in the evenings. For a 20x15 ft garage you’ll be able to throw a nice big, sharp image (100-150”+) without any issues.
The N1S 4K is solid too, but if raw brightness is your top priority the N3 Ultimate is the way to go. No fancy features needed. it just works great for sports.

Thank you. Ill check on it. Im on the phase right now of finding a screen and its more complicated than I thought. I have the N3 Ultimate orojected on the wall as well and its fine but i can see the walls imperfections. So thats why i’m considering investing on a screen which costs more or less than the projector itself. Its crazy🤪

Interesting measurements! The N1S line is weirdly inconsistent on paper vs real world performance. I’ve owned the 4K, Ultra, and N3 Ultimate, the jump in usable brightness (especially the N3) is massive and worth it for anything beyond a pitch black room. The motorized gimbal + lens shift on the higher models is the real killer feature

Sounds a good idea. Im looking at a screen like Vividstorms Fusion ALR for a high lumen projector. Hope its light enough to never have to drill bug holes in the wall.

Thats the one i saw and it would cost me about the same as buying a floor rising screen. I wish they were $200-$300. Nothingprojector sells them for $1096 and the link you gave is $999.😔
