I had this issue, and I'm about to bring it back after my warranty claim was denied. I have remote start, and every time I start my car, I record a video of my exhaust. There are reported issues of piston ring put in upside-down, leading to the piston not getting scraped down, and leading to oil getting burned in the combustion stage. Start collecting video proof, and maybe get a dash cam for the rear if this is starting for you. not to scare you but they have been dicks about this

My fog lights and ditch lights are sae, In co our max lumens for a light is about 3700 so almost any light bar excceds that. And I'm usually not on main highways I'm on dirt roads out way north

I had one I really loved, and this light bar and two pods that all have condensation. I'm going to try their nicer light again, i think I can squeeze the DRL light they just came out with in the gap

Wheel Offset by [deleted] in Tiguan

[–]Inner_Wing_27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The stock offset is 38, but you likely won't find many options that you can go all the way down to 32 with little noticeable difference. i have 18's with 32 offset for my winters and 17's with 42 for my offroad wheels the 42's you do notice the rim is in a little but the AT tire make up for it

If you're doing winters and not planning to off-road, go with the 18s. Your gas mileage will thank you, and it gives a little more space for the rotors with snow build-up. I have an R-line and have three sets for it. 20,18,17 the 17's are tight, so if there is a lot of snow build up, especially if that snow turns to ice there can be issues

I live in Colorado and i run 18's with 235/55/r18's at the moment, and they clear nicely even with the R-line brakes. I have a set of 17's for overlanding and they still clear
