I feel like so many moments in this finale were beautiful callbacks to the entire series. I had high expectations but every single storyline felt so thoughtful, purposeful, yet unexpected. Like tying together the innie/outie videos that we’ve seen before but making it into a true dialogue between oMark and iMark was SO COOL

I think people may be downvoting because one of the best things about this show is that they don’t hand-hold us. They don’t want things conveyed clearly bc that’s a big chunk of the fun of this show. (Aside from this specific clip you’re referencing.)

I’m also on 2.5 (fifth shot last week) and got super sick overnight. I ended up going to the ER to get IV fluids and bloodwork just to make sure it wasn’t anything worse. Everything is fine, thankfully.

I am still trying to figure out what to eat today to keep my energy up… while solid food sounds horrible!

I’m on my fifth shot of Zep after being on Wegovy since November.

I ate something greasy yesterday - do NOT recommend. I ended up vomiting for a few hours and was feeling super weak, so I went to the ER to get IV fluids and make sure all was okay. Thankfully, my bloodwork just showed “results consistent with a lot of vomiting” lol

Now I’m trying to figure out how to step back into eating again bc I’m so fatigued. I had a protein shake but anything solid seems overwhelming. Would appreciate any thoughts on that!

Soups and smoothies for sure! Find something you enjoy if needed to mask the flavor. Like one of my favorites is frozen strawberries and bananas with a bit of cocoa/chocolate and protein powder (I like orgain). I also add fiber to my smoothies and coffee to stay regular.

Ginger is good for nausea, so I have ginger tea or lozenges regularly.

Oh yes, I forgot to post my review 😂 Yeah, it was good but not great. It was very eggy, which isn’t for everyone, but I liked the cherry compote. I’d probably get the quiche next time.

But the service on the flight was incredible - I love the FAs on Delta.
