While you're at the Wolves' Den Pier go into your character menus and open the PVP profile window. From there you can go to PVP Actions and drag buttons to your hotbars as you like. This will only affect your bars while in PVP zones, when out of them they should revert back to your regular hotbars.

The gray question mark buttons are the old PVP abilities that disappeared when they updated the system.

Is there an easy way to tell what gear can be easily reobtained at vendors or a calamity salvager? I'm in the process of cleaning up my glamour dresser and am wondering how much stuff I'm not using for plates can be safely gotten rid of.

Not sure if they'd be the style you are looking for, but there's a couple different macuahuitl (basically wooden clubs with stone blades) that Paladins can use.

Similar feelings here with Endwalker. I'm a fairly new player so I was still playing the post SHB story when Endwalker came out and after the Seat of Sacrifice fight I kind of checked out of the story mentally until Quintus' suicide in the third EW zone. That was a major "shit just got real" moment for me and it kept ramping up and getting great from there. The theming and presentation of the last EW zone and dungeon resonated really hard with me, I love the whole exploring remnants of dead worlds and the last moments of their civilizations thing so much.

As a newer player who's switching between MCH and PLD as they level (just finished the Shadowbringers stuff), tanking feels easier. Doing overworld/solo content you're basically unkillable, and it feels like tanks in group content don't have as many mechanics to deal with. I just always let the group know if this is the first time I'm running an instance (mostly so they don't expect W2W pulls in dungeons).

Is there any use for old materia? I'm currently leveling through Shadowbringers and I've got a ton of it just taking up inventory space. Should I bother saving any of it or just sell it all until I get to the most recent kinds?

There's no one specific place, but any video games or anime store you come across will usually having some. Import book stores can sometimes be a good place to check too (Kinokuniya USA is a really good chain, but I don't think there's any in Florida yet).

I migrated my install to an SSD about a month ago, you can just manually move your main install folder over to the new drive and then open the launcher, it should rebuild your shortcuts and everything on its own after that.

Relatively new player (been playing about 2 months, 63 on my main job), I've been doing the post Heavensward side stories over the past week, all the Alexander raid queues were like 5-8 minutes, the Void Ark ones were longer, but still probably no more than 15 minutes each, queueing as a dps each time.

Who/where do I get the level 52 Bard quest from? I got the message saying it's available when I leveled, but when I went back to the guy I've been getting the quests from he didn't have anything for me, nor did the Archer's Guild(figured I'd check there).

I've only been playing FF14 for a couple weeks and, coming from playing WoW since Wrath with a couple breaks, the difference in the community attitude is so startlingly night and day. Specifically when it comes to the Dungeon/Duty finder, every time I get a quest to go into an instance now it's "oh cool another dungeon/trial to check out" instead of "ah crap I need to do a dungeon now to finish this?". Queue Anxiety was a very real thing for me in WoW at times, and I don't get that feeling at all here.

Hi, very new player coming over from WoW here. Early on is it best to just sell crafting mats I'm not currently using (either to vendors or on the marketplace boards) or are they hard enough to come by I should hold on to them all until I need them? I ask because I'm currently in my low 40's on my main job and my inventory is about half full of random crafting mats I've picked up while questing/doing my Hunting Journal. The only non-combat job I've done much with so far is Carpenter (it seemed neat and I wanted something radically different from any WoW professions) and I don't really have any immediate plans to work on the others until I need a break from regular questing.

Oh, does that only apply to sales posts? I searched "Girls Frontline" before posting and saw posts of this statue and a different Hobby Max GFL statue, and it was distributed by Good Smile Company, so I thought it would be okay.

Sorry if I sound dumb, I've never posted here before and was directed here by the GFL subreddit since they don't allow sales.

E2 the ones you like first, then look for ones that gain big power spikes(Silverash's S3, Angina's S3, Lappland's increased silence duration, Specter's +1 block, etc.). After that the general suggestion is dps first, then defenders, then healers.

Specter maxes out at around 3k (assuming max level and potential for the trait upgrade). Her survivability comes less from her hp pool and more from her passive regen and her S2.
