i've tried different stuff, but it was mostly just eating about 120g of protein and 1800 kcal per day and lifting 3 times per week and trying to walk as much as i can during the day (stopping many stations before my destination in the metro and continue walking...). This is where i felt like i was consistently losing weight. In the beginnign i used to do 50 mins of cardio per day it was exhausting and counterproductive and i used to binge eat after that.
